Meta tasked us with making their platform a space where Black creators could build community. Our research brought to light one excuriating truth: the need for Black men to connect. So we created Unguarded, a live-streaming content series where popular Black gamers let down their guards in conversation, around a game they liked.

Ep. 1: Dropping the Armor
iPodKingCarter and AturaGaming set the tone for the series by sharing their experiences opening up as Black men.

CoachClayTV and NVAD3, who have radically different backgrounds, talk Blackness viewed through the lens of family heritage and upbringing.
